We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to serve as a full-time client service associate. Our client service associates directly impact the client experience and are vital to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will be a member of a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused environment utilizing exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will support the financial advisors in servicing the needs of valued clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of integrity, is passionate about social and environmental issues, and is a dedicated team player. The candidate must be detail and service oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities & Activities
• Act as first point of contact for current and prospective clients by answering incoming phone calls, and scheduling and greeting visitors to the office.
• Maintain smooth and efficient business operations that ensure delivery of an exceptional client experience.
• Provide positive support and feedback to the team with the goal of improving client experience and making office workload efficient and manageable for the team.
• Proactively identify and solve client-facing issues.
• Assist clients with deposits and withdrawals, account opening, online access, and updating information on file.
• Evaluate, implement and maintain effective workflows that support clients and team members.
• Maintain client relationship software, office files, and office supplies.
• Coordinate client gifting and support additional client outreach including appreciation and speaking events.
