Madison Natural Foods is a well-established natural food store in downtown Marshall, seeking qualified candidates for an evening manager. Position is 30-40 hours/week, shifts end by 7:30pm. Pay is $17-19/hour with paid breaks and paid time off. Responsibilities include:
-Upholding store standards in areas of customer service, cleanliness and stocking
-Directing employees as needed to optimize performance
-Helping to develop and implement systems as needed
-Placing orders as directed
-Assisting in training new employees
-Helping cover unforeseen shift shortages due to employee illness/vacations
