From a press release:

Asheville Brewing Company’s newest beer celebrates The Feral Chihuahuas

Long-time Feral supporters Asheville Brewing Co. have created a brew to celebrate The Feral Chihuahuas 10th Anniversary Best-Of Show happening this Saturday at Asheville Community Theatre.

The Feral Chihuahuas have performed over 300 shows in WNC and at comedy festivals around the country. For many years, Asheville Brewing Co. has provided complimentary beer to those attending The Feral Chihuahuas shows in Asheville.

Then, the Chihuahuas give the donations from their numerous beer-drinking fans to local non-profits such as Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, Manna Food Bank and even SORBA.

Brother Wolf will be receiving the donations at this Saturday’s 10th Anniversary Show.

Feral Chihuahuas founder Tommy Calloway sums it up, “People buy tickets to our shows, drink delicious free local beer all night, get a comedy show unlike any they’ve seen, and then we get to give money right back to the community that supports us. It’s a win-win for everyone.”

Here is the official brewing description of Extra Feral Bitter EFB available this Saturday, November 15th:

Brewed for our good friends The Feral Chihuahuas sketch comedy group, this tasty Premium Bitter is a great beer to drink while sharing some laughs with good company. A little lower ABV than our long time favorite Roland’s ESB, Extra Feral Bitter comes in at 4.2% and is a great session beer with tons of delicious malt flavor. We used some of the best British ingredients and complimented them with Styrian Goldings hops. A well balanced beer made for unbalanced people.
ABV: 4.2%
IBU: 30
SRM: 11
OG: 11.9 P
Malts: Marris Otter, Aromatic, Crystal 70, Special Roast
Hop: Styrian Goldings

Sold for a limited time in 22 oz bottles exclusively at Asheville Pizza & Brewing locations.
