Downtown Association holds annual Octoberfest

They came dressed in all manner of Germanic garb. In leather pants, or lederhosen, in busty farm-girl dresses, even in WWI Field Marshal regalia, dressed as a tree, or a monk, with feathers in their caps, or socks to their knees, they all had one thing in common – a beer in the hand.

The beer flowed, and so did the fun. Relay races, costume contests, beer pong, food and more.
