Xpress-rated: Video sneak peek at the Nov. 5 issue

Here’s a preview of the Nov. 5 edition of the Mountain Xpress, which will feature the upcoming River Arts District Studio Stroll on the cover.

One of the key locales on display during the stroll will be Clayspace Co-op, a working ceramics studio with six members. The growth of Clayspace reflects an evolution of the River Arts District from a collection of off-the-beaten-path artists’ studios to a known arts destination complete with renovations and rising rents.

Other stories this week include coverage of Asheville City Council and an update on clean-up of the former CTS plant. You’ll also find our Food, Bar Beat and Small Bites features, as well as News of the Weird, letters to the editor and commentaries.
