The Grovewood Gallery marks 30 years with a two-day celebration. Plus, a local teacher releases his debut novel, the Black Mountain Center for the Arts presents an exhibit focused on climate change and the Magnetic Theatre’s Mainstage season gets underway.
“We are continually amazed by the philanthropic nature of our culinary and hospitality community here and how generous they are to the local community,” says Mary Nesbitt, chief development officer of Asheville-based hunger relief nonprofit MANNA FoodBank.
