    By the way, does anybody — other than me and presumably Jeremy, since he put it there — know where the “An invitation to moonlight and romance” comes from or refers to in context?

    Off topic but Ken have you heard about Ken Russell playing Aleister Crowley?

    No, but I haven’t talked to Ken or Lisi since Xmas, except in passing. It’s interesting, since Ken did a radio show called The Death of Scriabin where Oliver Reed played Crowley, and Ken had a biopic of Crowley in the works that didn’t come off.
