CarePartners Hospice and Palliative Care Services is a nonprofit agency that provides care to terminally ill patients and support and bereavement services to their families. A specially trained team of professionals and volunteers provide compassionate care for people at the end of their lives and continued support for those who are grieving. The focus of care is on symptom management and quality of living. “Hospice offers the hope of quality being added to your days and great support for all your family,” says Cornelia Scibetta, Director of Clinical Services. For a majority of Hospice patients, care is provided in their own homes. For those individuals who cannot remain at home, patients are able to go to the John F. Keever Jr. Solace Center, an adult and pediatric inpatient facility located on the CarePartners main campus on Sweeten Creek Road.
