For a trio of musicians that weren’t even planning on busking, and who had only played this song together once — mere moments before this recording took place — I think this turned out pretty good. When I first ran across them, this trio were just hanging out and playing some songs on a gorgeous day at Pack Square. After some cajoling, they agreed to accept a $1 tip to play a song they all knew. That song turned out to be the iconic Johnny Cash song “Folsom Prison Blues,” and this is actually the second take, the first being somewhat ruined by the roar of passing fire trucks.
