Guess who’s coming to Jammer? Update: Avett Brothers confirmed for this year’s Christmas Jam

Have you seen these brothers? If so, your Christmas Jam just got a bit more handsome.

Warren Haynes’ all-star event will feature the Avett Brothers, said Caity Day of CID Entertainment this afternoon. Kimberly Harris from Republic Records confirmed the Avetts would be guests. The brothers are also listed on posters and T-shirts being handed out today. The folk-pop heroes will perform at Saturday night’s event at the U.S. Cellular Center, along with Sheryl Crow, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Trombone Shorty and more.

Read all about the festivities, including our interview with Warren Haynes, a talk with Kevn Kinney about the Jam by Day events and a word from the locals involved in this week’s Xpress story by John Zara.
