After 20-plus years, jam band moe. continues to enthrall its diehard fans, affectionately known as moe.rons. The band has graced stages at sites such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Radio City Music Hall, Woodstock ‘99 and Bonnaroo (multiple times). The N.Y.-based jam pros played Pisgah Brewing Company in Black Mountain this past Friday. Brock Butler (Perpetual Groove) opened the show and sat in on “Moth.”
The show was a part of Pisgah’s outdoor summer concert series. Later this summer you can catch Toubab Krewe, Yonder Mountain String Band, JJ Grey and Mofro and a huge two night stand with Dark Star Orchestra Aug. 16 and 17 all on the brewery’s outdoor stage.
