Country Night returns to The Mothlight

PRESS RELEASE FROM HEARTS GONE SOUTH:

Country Night at The Mothlight is through with its winter hiatus and is back with bells on for the Spring. This popular dance and game night is changing things up this year and is moving from a monthly line up to a quarterly rotation. Showcases will happen this coming Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. There will still be two step dance instruction before the bands at 8:30, and the ever popular pie walk, as well as a few new tricks up our sleeve. Hearts Gone South will host the event, bringing in a mix of local and touring bands ranging from honky tonk to outlaw, western swing to a bit of cajun. Country Night happens at The Mothlight in west Asheville-701 Haywood Rd

• Spring opening night is May 14th, featuring  Alison Self, Hearts Gone South (Asheville) and The Jon Hatchett Band (New Orleans)
Dance instruction w/ Deborah Swanson at 8:30
Bands at 9
Tickets are $8 in advance/ $10 at the door

• Summer Date- July 8th
Featuring: Hearts Gone South, J.P. Harris & The Tough Choices (Nashville) + DJ in between & after bands
Two Step Instruction at 8:30
Bands at 9

• Fall & Winter dates -TBA, Fall installment will be a mix of Cajun & Country
