Press release from ShorehouseBooks:
Shorehouse Books has released Forever, Montana, the third installment of the western/romance series by Deb Martin-Webster. Forever, Montana which follows Love, Montana and Always, Montana, revolves around the lives of fictional western writer Montana Joe, his wife Rose and their spirited set of family and friends. The first two novels were popular with both romance and western fans, and Forever, Montana will answer questions about their favorite characters and develop story lines that will draw the fans of the series in even more.
“These characters are hard to say goodbye to. Readers seem to want their lives to continue on,” admits Deb Martin-Webster, author of the Montana series. “They truly grab a hold of people’s hearts. I have heard from many readers that they feel as if Montana Joe and Rose are truly part of their lives.”
Although the characters and setting are fictional, Martin-Webster drew from her own experiences working on a cattle ranch in Kansas to create the novels. Always a fan of western fiction, she dreamed of writing a series of novels that would express her loyalty to this genre.
“I grew up in the city, studied art, and worked as a university administrator, but my heart is always being pulled to that part of the country, so at least I get to visit there in my books.”
Originally from Pennsylvania, Deb and her husband Pete now live on a small farm in Western North Carolina in the Blue Ridge Mountains.“I definitely enjoy the simplicity of country lifestyle and that comes through in my books as well,” Martin-Webster notes. “I love to weave the natural settings into the story lines. I think nature adds another dimension to the plots.”
Along with Love, Montana, Always, Montana and now Forever, Montana, Martin-Webster also penned A Hot Dog Stand in the Himalayas, a collection of heartwarming fictionalized short stories and The Adventures of Annie Banana Bread and Larry Cranberry a children’s book that teaches the acceptance of disabilities and diverse health conditions.
Martin-Webster is one of the original writers for the successful online humor magazine, Humoroutcasts.com.
