The 71st annual McDowell County Junior Livestock Show, Aug. 4-5

Press release from McDowell County Center: 

The 71st McDowell County Jr. Livestock show will be held on Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5. The Friday show will begin at 5 pm and the Saturday show will begin at 10 am. The show will be held at the McDowell Agriculture Center located at 188 Ag Services Drive, Marion. Ag Services Drive is located on NC-226 South, just beyond the Minimum Security Prison.

This is the longest running Livestock Show in North Carolina. Always a fun, family event. Food will be available for sale.
