Hendersonville board to consider downtown boutique hotel

Meeting notice from City of Hendersonville:

A Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting will be held July 16, 2020 at 2:00PM in the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams.

PROPOSED: The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Stephen Barker of The Rainer Group, LLC. The applicant is requesting to rezone a subject property, PIN 9568-77-5249 and located at 101 N. Church Street, from C-1, Central Business District to C-1 CZD, Central Business Conditional District Conditional Zoning District for a 48.000 sq. ft. hotel with a restaurant and meeting space on approximately .775 acres.
