Asheville Police Department detectives charged another person in the homicide case in which a man was killed late last month.
APD has charged Aric Rashad Harper with aid & abet 1st degree murder for his participation in the killing of Keith Mosely, Jr., on May 29.
Harper is described as a 28-year-old medium-skinned Black male, standing 6’ 1”, weighing between 300 and 350 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo of a tribal band on his left wrist.
Detectives are also asking if anyone has any information about the whereabouts of Harper to not approach him, but rather contact APD at (828) 252-1110. Or you send an anonymous tip using the TIP2APD smartphone application (search “Asheville PD” in your app store) or by texting TIP2APD to 847411.
