• Carol King, chair of the Pack Place Conservancy Board, was quoted in the Asheville Citizen-Times saying if the Energy Loop comes back to the park after it is repaired, “we will have to decide where to tear up the park.” Drive by the site – wonder how she defines “tear up”?
