The voodoo that you do: Skyland is getting a big dose of Big Easy flavor on Saturday, April 1, when the Voodoo Lounge will open at the space of the former Topper’s Tavern (17 Lee St., behind the Skyland Fire Department). Randy and Susan Butler, formerly of New Orleans, are teaming with local Sandi Bass to run the bar/eatery with bayou-style food, music and fun. Through the grapevine: The Weinhaus and Zambra Tapas and Wine Bar will present an evening of fine wine and food on Tuesday, April 4 at 7 p.m. at Zambra.
