¡Viva Rodriguez!

If you’re not familiar with the musician gracing the cover of this week’s Mountain Xpress — Detroit-based psychedelic soulster Sixto Rodriguez — you’re not the only one. But the buzz about Rodriquez’ distinctive songs is spreading fast, as he enjoys a revival of interest in the recordings he made almost 40 years ago.
