UPDATE: Asheville police asking for help to locate Devin James Douglass

UPDATE (January 24, 2022): Devin James Douglass has been located and arrested. Douglass is currently at the Buncombe County Jail being held on a $13,000 secure bond.

The Asheville Police Department is asking the public’s help to locate Devin James Douglass, who has three open warrants for felony larceny. His charges are related to a recent theft on Bleachery Blvd.

Douglass is described as a 28-year-old white male, 5’ 6”, 150 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. His tattoos include cards on his left wrist, a star on his left elbow, cross on his left calf, fox on his right calf and the number “5” on his right ankle. He is known to be in the area of Tunnel Road and Swannanoa River Road, but may attempt to return to Sylva.
