A Celebration of Life for Karen Shuart

Press release from City of Asheville Fire Department: 

Assistant Fire Marshal Karen Shuart died January 31, 2019 after her battle with cancer.  Karen was a career firefighter with the City of Asheville Fire Department for 25 years. She is survived by her mother Adele, brother Mark and fur babies Niko, Harley, Tink and Izzy.

A Celebration of Life for Karen will be held Friday, February 15 and will begin at 3:00 pm. The ceremony will be held in Asheville at the Salvage Station located at 468 Riverside Dr. Asheville, NC 28801.
