ABLWV holds annual meeting, seeks new members

Here’s the message via the League of Women Voters of Asheville-Buncombe County email newsletter:

May 17: Annual Meeting Luncheon
Just a friendly reminder that our annual meeting luncheon with Women AdvaNCe Director of Advocacy, Mary Swann Parry, is Saturday, May 17 from 11:30am-2pm in the Lenoir Rhyne Board Room (Chamber of Commerce building just off of I-240 at 36 Montford Avenue).

Please RSVP by Tuesday, May 13 to reserve your luncheon from HomeGrown!

Email treasurer@ablwv.org to RSVP, or renew your membership for 2014-2015 and reserve your luncheon online in one simple step using PayPal here.

All current League members should have received a print invitation and membership renewal form in the mail. Didn’t get one in the mail? Feeling left out? Just click here to join the League! If you join today, your membership will last through June 30, 2015. (That’s over a month free!)

Call for volunteers on May 17!
We are still seeking several volunteers to help out at the annual meeting luncheon. Just email lizzi@ablwv.org to volunteer and get involved! The more volunteers we have, the smoother the event will go!
