A recent administrative change restricting the type of shows the U.S. Cellular Center can book means no more circuses or any other promoters “who have wild or exotic performing animals” at the municipal venue, Chris Corl, the center director, said Wednesday. The ban also had the effect of losing Disney-themed shows that are tied to the circus.
