Air quality forecast for Wednesday, April 20: Moderate (YELLOW), burn ban in effect

Wednesday, April 20, 2016, is a code yellow air quality forecast day for the valleys and ridge tops of Asheville. Unusually sensitive people should consider limiting prolonged outdoor exertion.

Due to high risk of forest fires, there is no open burning allowed in Buncombe County until further notice.
