Apartment List’s February report shows Asheville rent increase

Apartment List just released its monthly rent report, where we track rent growth, median prices, and market trends. The February report is now available here.

Here are some of this month’s highlights:
Rents in Asheville, NC are up 3.2% over last year
Nationwide, rents increased rapidly throughout 2014 and 2015, but have plateaued since May of 2016
Rents have fallen in several cities, including SF, San Jose, Miami, and Houston.
