Press release from the Asheville Police Department:
The Asheville Police Department is requesting assistance to identify two suspects involved in an armed robbery at the Oakley Food Store (764 Fairview Road, Asheville) on Tuesday, August 7. At approximately 11:12 p.m. two suspects entered the store, pointed a firearm at the clerk and demanded the contents of the register. The suspects fled on foot with the contents of the register toward Onteora Boulevard. The suspects were fully covered in dark clothing.
