APD seeks public assistance in identifying armed robbers

Press release from the City of Asheville Police Department:

On November 21 at approximately 9:30 p.m., two black males committed an armed robbery at the Exxon gas station (210 Charlotte Street). The suspects entered the business, displaying a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. They fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash heading north on Charlotte Street. The suspects then exited the area in a grey or blue sedan that was parked at the Jewish Community Center.

If anyone has any information on the identities of the suspects they are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Asheville-Buncombe Crime Stoppers at (828) 255-5050, if they wish to remain anonymous.
