ASHEVILLE – On Tuesday, 03-13-12, at approx. 9:55 pm; Officers with the Asheville Police Department responded to a violent domestic assault on Robindale Ave. in North Asheville.

When officers arrived, the female victim was found hiding behind a vehicle from her ex-boyfriend, later determined to be 35 year old Anthony Harper. Her initial report to officers was that she had been choked and assaulted by Mr. Harper.
