The regularly scheduled City Council meeting for Tuesday, April 23, 2024, will be held at Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville. The meeting will start one hour earlier at 4:00 p.m.

The standard features of live-streaming of the meeting, in-person comment, interpretation upon request, presentations, and email and voicemail comments will still be available to the public.
Details outlining all the features will be posted on the City News website tab and City of Asheville social media, the Friday before the meeting (Friday, April 19), as is the standard meeting notification procedure.
Free parking
Due to the venue change, free parking will be available in the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville garage for those attending the meeting. The garage entrance is located at 68 Rankin Ave.
