My wife and I attended the Asheville Ballet version of “The Nutcracker” last Friday and had a wonderful time. We have seen several different versions of “The Nutcracker” and this was one of our favorites. The dancers did a very good job with the choreography, our favorite dances were “The Land of Snow”, “Arabian”, “Chinese” and “Flowers”. The costumes were beautiful and the entire production was top notch. I will also note that is was very nice touch to have the performers in costume sign souvenirs and pose for for pictures after the show. I would definitely recommend this show and hope to be back in 2014.
