Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon open at Asheville Regional Airport

Press release from Asheville Regional Airport:

Paradies Lagardère, the North American travel retail and restaurateur leader, and Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) are proud to announce that Auntie Anne’s® and Cinnabon® are now open.  A Grand Opening event was held at the new restaurant at AVL on April 26, 2019.

Serving fresh, hot pretzels made on the spot since 1988, Auntie Anne’s has more than 1,500 locations around the world. Cinnabon, which opened its first location at the former SeaTac Mall in Seattle, Wash., in 1985, not only has millions of fans of its delicious cinnamon rolls and other treats, but locations in more than 50 countries. Paradies Lagardère excels at replicating the familiar quality, taste, and atmosphere of a favorite restaurant brand into an airport setting.

“Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon are immensely popular, and the Paradies Lagardère Dining Division is excited to bring these concepts to the Asheville Regional Airport,” said Regynald Washington, president, Paradies Lagardère Dining Division. “Travelers coming through the airport can find delicious, familiar treats at both Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, along with refreshing beverages and hot coffee for a fun pick-me-up.”

“With growth comes exciting new opportunities to provide amenities for our passengers,” said Lew Bleiweis, A.A.E., executive director of the Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority. “Paradies Lagardère has operated the Blue Ridge Tavern since 2011, and we are pleased to welcome their addition of Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon to the food and beverage offerings at AVL.”

Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s fans will find their favorite menu items at the Asheville Regional Airport location. Cinnabon’s world-famous cinnamon rolls will be available for purchase, along with Center of the Rolls, CinnaSweeties, and the new BonBites. Travelers can also purchase Cinnapacks of four rolls to take with them on their journey, or a hot cup of coffee.

Auntie Anne’s will offer its handmade pretzels in the classic flavor, along with others such as cinnamon sugar and pepperoni. Pretzel nuggets and pretzel dogs will also be available for purchase, along with its original lemonade, lemonade mixers, and bottled water.
