Press release from Blue Ridge Community College:

College Night 2019 is set for Sept. 10 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Blue Ridge Conference Hall at Blue Ridge Community College. The public is invited to attend this free event.

College Night offers area high school students and their families the opportunity to meet representatives from over 50 different colleges and universities about post-secondary educational opportunities. Promotional materials will also be available for each school.

In addition to the majority of schools from North Carolina in attendance, a number of schools from other states will be there as well, including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.

Although the event is held primarily to benefit local high school juniors and seniors and their parents, college students interested in transfer opportunities are also welcome to attend.
