ZPH2023-00037 Central Park SUP (Continued from 4/10/24): Mark Ambach of Ambach Communities, LLC; on behalf of Kevin Geagan of 3654 SC Road, LLC, and S. Tucker Cook, Trustee of the Price Family Trust, owners; has applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a), Sec. 78-677, and Sec. 78-678(b)(6), to establish a Planned Unit Development (Level 1) for a 208-unit residential development on tax lot PINs 9664-18-1014 and 9664-18-0624 (455 Mills Gap Road and an unaddressed parcel just northeast of PIN 9664-18-1014).
