Buncombe County Board of Adjustment public meeting agenda for Dec. 11

This is to inform you that the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room located at 200 College Street, 3rd Floor, Room 326, Asheville, NC to consider the following applications:

ZPH2019-00044: Warren Sugg of Civil Design Concepts, on behalf of Catalyst Capital Partners, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a), 678(b)(6), and 678(b)(9) Conditional Use Standards, to establish a Planned Mixed Use Development (Level 1) for multi-family residential and commercial development on tax lot PINs 9627-79-7125 and 9627-89-6780 (20 S. Bear Creek Rd). This item was previously continued from the October 9, 2019 and from the November 13, 2019 Board of Adjustment meetings;

ZPH2019-00050: Howard Beddingfield of Enka Candler Fire & Rescue Department, on behalf of Buncombe County, has applied for a Variance from §78-642, Table 2: Dimensional Requirements (Front yard setback) of the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County to accommodate a Fire Station on tax lot PIN 9617-82-1643 (125 Asheville Commerce Pkwy);

ZPH2019-00051: Barry Garnes has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a) and 678(b)(9) Conditional Use Standards, to establish a Vacation Rental Complex on tax lot PIN 9616-00-5255 (500 Reeves Cove Rd).
