This short week in property sales yielded several multi-million dollar sales.
1139 Cane Creek Road, a 10.35 acre estate in Fletcher, sold last week for $2.9 million along with an adjoining 31 acre swathe of land that went for a matching sum.
A minimally developed lot at 100 District Drive, which does not show up on Google maps, evaluated at $504,000, off of Fairview Road sold for $3.3 million to a freshly filed company with the ominous name The District Asheville LLC.
The Guesthouse Inn at 234 Hendersonville Road, changed hands for a sizable $3.8 million, almost $1 million more than its appraised value.

The property transfer on 100 Fairview Rd. you referred to, selling to the district LLC, is a 310 luxury apartment development being built at that location. Contractor is Flourney development located in Georgia. If you go to the Flourney development website you can see plans of the development, to be completed sometime in early 2017. The mixed use development including residential, office and retail will be known as – The district in Biltmore Village
