The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing child from Buncombe County. Emily Alliyah Raines was last seen in the Asheville area on February 27, 2024.

Emily is age 16 and approximately 5’ 3” and 160 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. It is believed she may be headed to the Charlotte area with a Hispanic male.

Anyone with information about the location of Emily Alliyah Raines is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670.

Alliyah Raines es una joven birracial de 16 años, mide aproximadamente 5′ 3″ y pesa 160 libras. Alliyah tiene ojos marrones y cabello castaño.
