Charlotte Street Computers to host community Easter event

From the press release:

ASHEVILLE, NC, March 8, 2012 – Charlotte Street Computers is pleased to announce their 4th annual Easter Egg Hunt and Family Fun Day, taking place on April 1st. Made possible through a partnership with Asheville’s Fun Depot and the Housing Authority of the City of Asheville, this event promotes community outreach for Asheville’s public housing residents and the foster families of Buncombe County, and serves as a fun experience for both parents and children who might not otherwise have such an opportunity. Children will participate in a traditional Easter egg hunt, have their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny, and will be provided with complimentary meals and games.

Charlotte Street Computers is asking for volunteers and community donations of Easter baskets, candy, Easter eggs, decorations and small gift items.

Beginning Thursday, March 8th, donations can be dropped off at either Charlotte Street Computers location (252 Charlotte Street in Asheville or 300 Airport Road in Arden). Volunteers interested in stuffing and hiding eggs, assembling gift baskets, setting up and tearing down, please email cody@mailcsc.com for details and coordination. Members of the media community are welcome to be present.

Contributing support has been provided by The Costume Shoppe and Debbie Johnson Photography.
