The Asheville City Council will hold a virtual special meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. Council will immediately go into closed session to prevent disclosure of information that is privileged and confidential pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. sec. 143-318.11(a)(1); and to consult with an attorney employed by the City about matters with respect to which the attorney-client privilege between the City and its attorney must be preserved pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-318.11(a)(3).
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute sec. 166A-19.24 (f), this will be a remote meeting which the public can access by any of the following means at https://publicinput.com/Q6750.
