First meeting of the Reparations Commission – April 30

NOTICE UPDATE for viewing: the orientation meeting Saturday, April 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m will be held at the Buncombe County offices, First Floor Conference Room, and streamed through Buncombe County’s Facebook page.

The Community Reparations Commission will hold their first meeting on Saturday, April 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Buncombe County First Floor Conference Room, located at 200 College Street. This will be a four-hour orientation for the Commission; agenda and materials can be found on the Commission webpage here.

The meeting is open to the public and plans are made to stream through Zoom and record the meeting; the information and recording will be posted on  the Commission webpage.
