Haywood Regional Health & Fitness is hosting free annual sports physicals on Thursday, May 26.

FREE ANNUAL SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

Schedule:
5:45 pm Waynesville Middle School
6:30 pm Tuscola High School
7:15 pm Canton & Bethel Middle Schools
8:00 pm Pisgah High School

Contact your school for a registration packet. Please bring completed packet with you.
It is not necessary to sign up for an appointment, just come any time during your school’s allotted time frame.

For the Parents:
Extra Activities – 6:00-8:30 pm- 2nd floor
