From Asheville Police Department:
The Holly Springs Police Department assisted the Asheville Police Department in arresting three people for drug and theft charges in south Asheville.
Holly Springs Police, in their ongoing law enforcement presence supporting efforts in Asheville, made contact around 11:56 p.m. on October 4th with a suspicious vehicle containing a large quantity of copper piping. Asheville Police quickly responded to the 100 block of Hendersonville Road to assist and took Jeremy David Lee Jordan (02/11/1984) and Karen Danielle Lillie (05/13/1984) into custody without incident. During the arrest, they were found to have felony warrants and in possession of a felony amount of narcotics.
Immediately following, Holly Springs officers made contact with Curtis Wayne Cody (07/05/1979) while attempting to evade a barricade on Bryson Street. He was taken into custody without further incident. During the arrest, Cody was found to be in possession of a felony amount of narcotics.
The Asheville Police Department would like to thank the officers of the Holly Springs Police Department and the many other law enforcement agencies that are providing valuable resources during this disaster emergency.

Jordan was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under NO BOND (ineligible for release) due to the Pretrial Integrity Act.
Karen Danielle Lillie (05/13/1984)
-Felony Possession of Schedule II
-Resisting Public Officer
-Felony Probation Violation x2
Lillie was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $75,000 (or $7,500 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.
Curtis Wayne Cody (07/05/1979)
-Felony Possession of Schedule II
Cody was booked into the Buncombe County Detention Facility under a $25,000 (or $2,500 to a bondsman) secured bond issued by a magistrate.
