Here’s an excerpt of the message from 10th District Rep. Patrick McHenry, who also chairs the House Conservatives Fund, a Political Action Committee which works to get conservatives elected to congress. McHenry announced that the PAC will work to get Republican Mark Meadows elected in WNC’s 11th District:
Today, I’m excited to announce our first round of endorsements of challenger and open seat candidates. This cycle, we’ve already endorsed and supported twenty-two reliably conservative Members of Congress. These eight candidates are the vanguard of the newest conservative leadership in the House and we are excited to support them.
