State & Local Leaders Join Gabby Giffords’ Vocal Majority Tour to Encourage North Carolina to Stop Gun Violence This November

The Early Vote Event Will Be the 35th Stop in Six-Week Vocal Majority National Bus Tour; the Tour Will Be Joined by Local Leaders to Highlight the Importance of Being a Gun Violence Prevention Voter this November

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Wednesday, October 26, in Asheville, Congresswoman Gabrielle GiffordsAmericans for Responsible Solutions PAC will join state and local leaders on the 2016 Vocal Majority Tour, a six-week, 14-state national bus tour that stretches until Election Day. The early vote event will be happening at UNC Asheville at 10 a.m. and will focus on reaching out to the vocal majority of Americans and North Carolina who support commonsense gun violence prevention laws and urge them to vote to reduce gun violence this November from the top of the ticket all the way down.

 *Capt. Kelly & Congresswoman Giffords will not be at this stop on the tour.

What: Early vote press conference to ignite the Vocal Majority of Americans who support responsible change to step, speak out, and make the 2016 election a referendum on gun violence prevention. This will be the 35th stop of the 2016 National Vocal Majority tour.
