Local jewelry designer wins Belk competition

Local Figs & Ginger jewelry designer Rhonda Wyman (who shares the business with her husband, Elijah Wyman, of local band Decent Lovers) was just named among 13 winners of this year’s Southern Designer Showcase competition. Other winners are: Kari Bryde of Little Rock, Ark.; Annabelle LaRoque of Columbia, S.C.; Lori Cunningham of New York, N.Y.; Elle Parkinson of Raleigh, N.C.; Darrius Curry of Lithonia, Ga.; Diane Wallace of Knoxville, Tenn.; Lucy Dang of Dallas, Tex.; Regina White of Chesterfield, Va.; Charlene Dunbar of Lilburn, Ga.; Anne Hughes Windmueller of Charleston, S.C.; Heather Menzie Gressette of Columbia, S.C.; and Ali Howell of Atlanta, Ga.
