Locally Owned, Fresh-to-Table Italian Restaurant Opens in Biltmore Park Town Square
Asheville, NC, June 5, 2014— Chef’s Apron Neighborhood Trattoria is now open in Biltmore Park Town Square. This locally owned Italian restaurant is located along Town Square Boulevard next to Barnes & Noble.
Chef’s Apron offers fresh Italian entrees using local and regional farm ingredients while surrounding patrons with a casual, yet refined atmosphere. Guests can enjoy daily homemade sauces, soups, salads, dressings and dough. The New York Style pizza and calzones are prepared using fresh dough and baked in brick ovens; the restaurant offers white, wheat and gluten-free crust options. Guests are invited to try one of the many hand-crafted cocktails; with a variety of seasonal options, the mixologist will tailor their beverage using the finest brands and techniques. After patrons enjoy their meal they are invited to indulge in a variety of desserts created by the on-site pastry chef.
“We are very excited to bring our vision of fresh, house-made Italian food to Biltmore Park Town Square,” commented Owner Ellen Schattie. “We have put a lot of thought and time into developing the restaurant’s menu and we hope that shows to our guests.”
Chef’s Apron is currently offering a delivery service to the businesses in Town Square and the residences in the surrounding Biltmore Park neighborhood. This service is currently available between the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; orders can be placed over the phone by calling 828.676.3034.
The restaurant is scheduled to hold a ribbon cutting on Monday, June 9th, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Join the Asheville Chamber of Commerce as we officially welcome this new restaurant to Town Square. This event will feature giveaways, light appetizers and refreshments.
