Public hearing to consider an appeal (pursuant to Section 7-5-9.1(b)(11) of the Asheville UDO) of Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to approve a Level II Site Plan for the Cambria Suites Hotel project located at 15 Page Avenue, for a twelve-story hotel with ground level commercial spaces.
