The Mountain Grape School helps you learn about planning a vineyard, pruning grapes, planting/propagation tips, vine training, grape disease identification, harvesting and winemaking in the mountains.
June 9, 2018 – Grapevine Training and Mid-season Canopy Management (Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Learn how to properly manage mid-season trimming of various types of grapes. Registration closes 3 days prior for each class.
Workshops will be held at the Jewel of the Blue Ridge Vineyard in Marshall NC. You will receive directions after you register for the class/workshop. If you pay by check, please make checks out to Chuck Blethen, not Jewel of the Blue Ridge Vineyard. We reserve the right to change schedule dates/places depending upon the weather.
