Mountain Gateway Museum hosts nativity program on Dec. 13 and 14
The grounds of Mountain Gateway Museum will be luminary lit as it hosts the community Live Nativity program Dec. 13, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Dec. 14, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The program is organized and presented by local churches. The scene will be set on Mauney Field and will include sheep and other animals, barring inclement weather.
Mountain Gateway will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 13 and 14. There will be traditional music at the museum Saturday from Possum Creek, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The recurring Sunday afternoon music jam session will be at 2 p.m. Cider, cookies and other refreshments will be served Friday evening and Saturday.
