Economic and fiscal policy expert Jared Bernstein was a guest at yesterday’s Financing the Future debate on state tax reform for North Carolina, held at N.C. State University in Raleigh. The Raleigh forum was sponsored by the Institute for Emerging Issues in partnership with the Civitas Institute and the N.C. Budget and Tax Center.
