Attention all male dog owners: If you live in the Asheville area and need to get your dog neutered, schedule an appointment with them for Feb. 17. Thanks to a study run by the Humane Alliance, owners will be reimbursed for neutering surgery. In order to qualify, your dog must be over 6 months of age and not have any skin problems or a cryptorchid and you must be willing to fill out and return a survey.
